We have friends who's first born is named "Brett" and who's second son is named "Reggie"...The dad was named after Bart Starr, and grew up planning to name his own first-born son after a Packer great QB - but they joke that they learned that it's best to name a child after an athlete who is no longer living and can't really sully the name =-)
