PCD...it's been documented as a serious condition. PCD, that condition that sets in on the day when your friend that you haven't seen in forever leaves to fly back to California, and life is never the same.
Okay, perhaps I'm being a little bit dramatic, but seriously...we had the most wonderful three days, and I'm SO thankful that she got to come visit.
But it wasn't enough time. And I don't know when the next time will be.
For now, I'm going to relish in the memories we made and the conversations we had...and try to force myself to get back to life as normal.
It's not gonna be easy.
